Content Creation Subscription FAQs
1. Booking and planning
When you sign the contract for the year, each monthly payment will be billed to you on that date. We will plan your photoshoot two weeks in advance to give time to rent any items, book a space, etc. We will then set a date and time.
2. your session
The day has arrived! You must arrive at least 5 minutes before your session starts. In the event that you are late to the session, I am not responsible for extending your coverage. If you are is more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and is non-refundable and non-transferable. We will shoot for 4 hours going to all the locations you choose within a 15 mile radius of the starting location. You may change outfits, props, etc as much as you like during the session. Any additional coverage hours may be added at a rate of $400.00 per hour by agreement prior to the session or at the session, and must be paid in full before any photos are released to you.
3. gallery selection
You will receive a link to your gallery 7 days after the photoshoot. You will get to select 60 images that you wish to download that are included in your subscription. More images maybe purchased at $75 per photo or $300 for all of them.
Once the images are selected you will be sent the images as well as the RAW counter parts. If you wish to have all the culled RAW images you may purchase those at $500 per month. Then once you have you images they are yours to plan all of your amazing content!
4. gallery delivery
1. how to I pay for my subscription?
You are able to pay and sign the contract completely online. I will send you your proposal and you will be able to sign and pay all in one place. You will be sent invoices each month to pay your monthly fee.
2. can I pay for a full year at once?
Yes you can upon request.
3. what if it rains on my photoshoot day?
If inclement weather or other adverse conditions arise we will reschedule the session. I will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and will base my decision off local weather forecasts. My policy is that if it is a 50% chance of rain or more, the session will be rescheduled. If the chance of rain is less than 50%, I will leave it up to you to decide whether to reschedule and I will inform you of the implications of shooting in light rain or inclement weather.
4. do you travel?
Yes!!! I am more than willing to travel for your session. I do have travel fees that can be further discussed if you are interested.
5. what if I have to cancel the session?
If you need to reschedule for any reason, seven days before the session you are allowed ONE complimentary reschedule. All sessions must be rescheduled within 14 days or may be transferred to another month’s session. If you fail to supply written cancellation as specified before the session date or cancels or requests a reschedule within 7 days of the session date, the session will be non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you cancel or reschedule a session after you has already used your complimentary reschedule indicated above, you will be charged a $250.00 rescheduling fee.
6. When should I expect my online gallery?
Seven days for the photoshoot date.
7. How many images will I receive in my online gallery?
You will receive about 60 images in your gallery. You may purchase more at $75 per photo.
8. How long does my online gallery last?
Your gallery will last for 30 days. Please insure that you download your images and save them in a safe place.
9. do unused sessions roll over into the next year?
No. They do not. They must be used within a calendar year.
10. Can I use more than one session in a month?
No. Due to other creators just like you using this service, we need to give enough time for everyone to have their session. One session will be used per month.
